Maintenance Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

l   To handle all repair and maintenance works including overall planning, sourcing, procurement, on-site monitoring for the quality assurance and progress updates, and payments follow up

l   Coordinate with relevant parties including contractors, landlords and Property Department to ensure works are executed according to business plan and pre-determined service level

l   Develop Certified contractor list and perform periodically review on performance

l   As an Occupational Health & Safety Adviser for the department in view of repair and maintenance

l   Perform emergency duty out of official working hour as required

l   To carry out the duties as assigned by his supervisors

 

QUALIFICATIONS

l   An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army

l   Minimum 3 years of related working experience

l   Solid working experience in retail or distribution industry is preferred

l   Grade A for Certificate for Registered Electrical Worker

l   Attention to detail, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills

l   Work independently with minimum supervision required

l   Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
